This site mainly announces activity schedules in Japan. We plan to share and transmit information related to activity schedules outside Japan in cooperation with the home country office whenever possible.

How can I join ORBIT JAPAN?

Please use the link below to make a temporary registration. Please proceed according to the instructions in the email sent thereafter.

I did not receive the temporary registration email.

Please check your junk email folder. If you are using a mobile phone, you may not be able to receive emails if you have set domain specified reception settings, etc. To receive emails from @orbitjapan.jp, please set the email reception settings from the settings menu for each carrier.

How much is the membership fee?

There are two types of membership limits below.

■ Residents in Japan
Enrollment fee 1,100 yen + annual membership fee 5,500 yen
Total 6,600 yen (tax included)
*From next year, annual membership fee is only 5,500 yen

■ Residents outside Japan
Annual membership fee 2,500 yen
*No admission fee

Why is the membership fee different between residents in Japan and those outside Japan?

We ship tangible items to members residing in Japan. Items will not be shipped to members residing outside Japan. Both types of members can view digital contents. *Tangible items shall not be sent outside Japan. Please refer to the link below for membership benefits.

How soon will I receive the membership benefits after I have completed the membership procedures?

We plan to ship the Fan Club membership benefits around two months after receiving the membership fee and annual membership fee.

Is it possible to reissue a membership card?

We cannot reissue your membership card, so please be careful not to damage or lose it.

I live outside of Japan. Is there any way I can get a membership card or special items?

Tangible items are only for members residing in Japan. Please note that we cannot ship membership cards or privilege goods to those who are living outside Japan.

Residents outside Japan can purchase goods sold in the Fan Club (with some exceptions).

*Product fees and additional shipping fees will be charged (whether purchased in Japan or from outside Japan). *Only available in areas where shipping is possible from Japan. *Delivery method will be EMS used by Japan Post Co., Ltd. Please check here for possible areas. *Customers cannot select the shipping company or shipping method.

How long is the membership period after I join the Fan Club?

The membership period is valid until the end of the month one year after the date of admission (the date on which the Company accepts your membership). However, there is a partial exception to the first year's period for those who joined before the 1st of May, 2020. Please refer to the dates below for details:

Is it possible to register multiple names?

As stated in Article 5 of the Membership Agreement, one person cannot register multiple membership using the same name, a different person’s name, or a false name.

About payment

Can I change the payment method?

We are sorry, but you cannot change the payment method. Please request cancellation once from the Contact UsInquiry Form and go through the payment procedures again. Payment cannot be cancelled if the payment has already been completed.

I forgot the payment method I chose.

Please check the payment method described in the reply email. If you have deleted the email, please prepare information such as the email address you used when you initially completed the procedures and contact us using the Inquiry form.

How long does it take to get my membership number after payment?

Your membership number will be displayed on the screen when you log in to “MY PAGE” after payment. A membership card with a membership number will be sent to members residing in Japan.

Can I log in immediately after payment?

If you pay by credit card or PayPal, you can log in immediately after payment. Please note that it may take several hours to process the payment if you use a convenience store to make your payment. If you cannot log in after one day, please contact us using the Inquiry form.

Continuation procedure

How can I continue my membership.

One month before expiration, the ORBIT JAPAN Secretariat will contact you to inform you of payment methods. Please follow the procedure as described.

I have passed the renewal procedure period, but can I continue my membership?

Even if the period of continuation procedure has expired, if it is within the month following the end of your membership period, you will have the right to continue your membership. However, please renew your membership as soon as possible, as membership will be withdrawn after the end of the following month. Please also note that the membership period will not be extended based on the date of renewal.

Member information change

Can I change the registered member information?

You can change your residential address, first name (Japanese syllabaries), email address, and telephone number. Other information (date of birth, surname) cannot be changed in principle. In case of changes due to reasonable circumstances, we will perform the change procedure based on confirmation of identification documents, etc.

Even if you make a mistake when entering the registration form, we may ask you to submit identification documents, etc., so please be careful when entering your information.

How can I change the member information?

Please log in and edit your membership information on “MY PAGE” when changing your residential address, email address, or telephone number. For other information, please contact ORBIT Japan using the ORBIT JAPAN Inquiry form.

I found out immediately after registration that items that could not be changed were incorrectly registered. Is there any way I can change them?

We can change them if you contact us within three days after registration and if we can confirm your identification. However, we may not be able to make changes even within three business days if irregularities are suspected. You may be required to submit your identification documents, etc., if three days have passed after registration. Please therefore be careful when entering your registration information.

(When you are using an email address that does not meet RFC rules)
Example: “.” cannot be used consecutively like “..” and it cannot be used immediately before the @ symbol. In addition, there are restrictions where you cannot register an email address that has three consecutive symbols such as “._.” because it may not reach the other party if the carrier or domain is different. Moreover, an error may occur if the @ symbol is registered in full-width kana (or using a double-byte character). Please be careful when you register your email.
Keyword / Domain(When you are using spam or unsolicited email keywords, or email addresses containing suspicious domains or many consecutive characters or symbols)

I received a birthday email message from a member who was not my Favorite Member.

If you have changed your [Favorite Member] just before receiving your birthday email on the day of your birthday, you may receive the message from your previous [Favorite Member] that you set up because the delivery setting was already made based on the member you initially chose. Be sure to set your [Favorite member] from whom you want to receive your birthday email at least two days before your birthday. If the above does not apply, please contact us using the Inquiry form.

About withdrawal

How can I withdraw my membership?

Please confirm the following, and if you agree, please fill in your [Name] [Member number] and [Reason for withdrawal] using the Inquiry form. When the membership expires, you will be automatically withdrawn.

*Please note that the membership fee and annual fee, once paid, cannot be refunded.
*Please note that you cannot cancel after withdrawal procedures have been completed. Once you withdraw your membership, your membership number will become invalid and you will no longer be able to log in to the ORBIT JAPAN site.
*Depending on the timing of withdrawal, shipped items may arrive even after your withdrawal.
*An admission fee and an annual fee shall be required if you want to become a member again after completing the withdrawal procedure.

I became a member by mistake. Can I get a refund?

Please note that no refund will be possible once the payment procedure is complete, as described in the Membership Agreement. Please be sure to check the Membership Agreement before becoming a member.

I want to cancel the withdrawal procedure.

You cannot cancel the withdrawal for any reason once the withdrawal process is completed by the Secretariat. Please be careful when applying for withdrawal.
